SHIPPING:

Orders are shipped within 5 business days via USPS. Tracking is sent to the email on file the day the order ships. Once the package is scanned as "received" by USPS all missing package inquires must go through USPS at https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm . McKynlee Avenue is not responsible to replace missing mail items. If your item(s) are damaged during shipping, please send photos of the packaging and damaged item(s) to hello@mckynleeave.com within 5 business days. It is up to McKynlee Avenue as to what actions will remedy the damaged items.
